In the authentic setting of our domaine, you will find on our Languedoc village square, a tapas bar, and upstairs, our restaurant.
The restaurant
In the old stables with visible beams, or even on the terrace in Southern colors, you can take your time to savor the regional cuisine of our restaurant.
You can taste the delicious dishes of our chef and our regional specialities: For starters, as an aperitif, in the shade of the lime-trees, a good glass of blanquette de Limoux (the first bubble in the world!). Then a good home made cassoulet with one of our AOC wine Malepère (Advised by the brotherhood of Cassoulet of Castelnaudary).

The bar
If you want to eat an ice cream or have a drink, welcome to the bar.
In the former wine cellar of the domaine, completely renovated with stonework, come to discover our wine bar! You will taste one of our many wines of our region, enjoy some tapas, pizzas or other dishes (on the spot or takeaway) and enjoy cozy evenings (concerts, dances…)
